unauthenticated success, tmg with web servers

hi msecurekb forum
i have a scenario with 2 backend servers 2008 r2 using for web servers.
our ssl offload gateway is tmg that configure with a specific ntlm rule that works fine from day one.
in the past hours we handle with unauthenticated success, every time that user try to authenticate , we goes back to the authenticate page login
over and over again.
we also check the tmg and the ad for connections in network layer and it's use to be work.
I guess may someone can help with it

According to scenario you've just mentioned,
I ask myself if you check for Clock Sync between the backend web servers and the TMG.
Please check it first and Notice later for changes

about the clock sync i am grateful to say that check for syncing was a great idea
the gap between backend server web and tmg was hour +
after makes the changes
the authentication succeed
