certificate templates in active directory store location

hi there
last week i have handle with some serious problem with my certificate template's on CA server
a phone call with Microsoft fixed it in couple of steps
but i have a question that may be could answer here -
i want to know where the certificate templates in active directory store?
according to troubleshooting that i've involved with

The certificate templates in active directory stored under Adsiedit configuration:
CN=Certificate Templates,CN=Public Key Services,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=contoso,DC=com

*Note: don't touch anything there or change anything! be careful.
