our organization meet the highest requirements for any user that is a member of the domain ,
we want to achieve that if a user is logged of from the computer -
the next logon will not show the last user name
your advice needed

Thanks for posting,
To be able to hide or not shows the last user logon name at the next login,
You should Enable the policy:Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options\
Interactive logon: Do not display last user name

» Checking for Existing user account SPN
» deny or block a user after a number of failed attempts
