revoked error 500 smartcard authentication

hello
i have a scnerio with AD server, client machine and WEB Server.
i used my smartcard authentication that this public cer mapped to his user account in AD
when i use my client to get authenticated to the backend web server
certificate's smartcard pincode popup and i write down the pincode
after that i get revoked error 500
help is needed

Thanks for posting
The revoked error 500 causes from non trust root certificate of the smartcard's certificate
on the AD server Trust Root Certificate store,
Please check if it's on that store
