Error Code 500 Internal Server Error , client certificate

hi msecurekb support forum
i am using a tmg infrastructure on 2008r2 server
client authenticate with smart card on browser to web publishe rule
when try to authenticated with smart card i got an
Error Code 500 Internal Server Error
i've got at least 2 enviroment with similar configuration
an assitance need from anyone here

Thanks for posting,

A 500 Internal Server Error receive from tmg whose can not download a certificate client's CRL.
I'm also trying to figure out how Your environment connected with tmg ,
Can You please draw down the architecture ?

this is my architecture

simple , the tmg "play" the FW gateway
i hope it will clear what i have mentioned earlier

With that simple architecture ,
Check Your TMG connectivity to Internet port 80/443 ,
You may need to open an internet access for gateway server,
To be able to download a CRL from internet.
Please let Me know after checking.

ok so...
the thing was tmg couldn't download the crl as you have mentioned
in my tmg i have no internet access rule from local host
after open an access rule the crl download as it should:




there is no code 500 internal server error anymore - the page load perfectly
